Q: How long will it take until I receive my order?
A: Most of our products get despatched within ten working days of receipt or proof of payment however, extended lead times apply for magnets, plastic cards, neoprene products and stickers.
Orders within the Perth metro area will be delivered as soon as they are completed and the destination and time of delivery is confirmed. All other areas will also be despatched as soon as they are completed. The tracking code for your order will be supplied to you by email.

Q: Why do magnets, plastic cards, neoprene products and stickers take longer to deliver than business cards?
A: Due to demand, business cards are being produced daily unlike magnets, plastic cards, neoprene products and stickers which are usually done once a week.
Magnets usually take longer to produce due to a labour intensive process of mounting/glueing printed and laminated sheets onto magnetic board.
Part of this process is still being done by hand.

A: After your artwork has been approved we will send you an email with payment options and details.
EFTPOS, PAYPAL, personal or business cheques.
Our preferred method of payment is EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
