ORDERS
S-print will only accept electronic artwork files created in either Windows or Mac OS applications.
Cancellation of an order will incur a $50 administration fee (minimum) plus any cost of plates/proofs if applicable; depending on the amount of work already carried out.
If incorrect artwork has been supplied, the order must be cancelled & re-ordered in full where a full cancellation fee and associated costs may be applied.

PRE-PRESS
S-print do not colour match bulk manufactured items like business cards, letterheads, DL cards/postcards, etc. Colours may vary from day to day, press to press, material to material and back to front, even though colour profiles on all our equipment are constantly monitored and optimised according to the material specifications. Varnishes and laminates may also affect colour output.
S-print will not reprint for colour or shade discrepancies. Our bulk running system does NOT allow for this. Most of our products are being 'ganged' on large sheets and subsequently trimmed down to their final size.
DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM IF YOU REQUIRE COLOUR MATCHING.
Colour matching is available upon request on 'stand-alone' jobs and quoted individually.
The gas transfer process used in Dye Sublimation (mouse matts, stubby holders etc) WILL cause certain colours to change.
Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, S-print accept no responsibility for files that are not print ready, and jobs supplied as such may be printed as supplied.
S-print will not manipulate or alter any artwork supplied in any way other than upon request optimise files for print after which a final proof will be emailed, requiring authorisation.

PRINTING/FINISHING
S-print no longer foil, emboss, die cut or print spot colours on bulk printed business cards and all standard sizes are pre-set. If you require any of these services or alternative sizes, please request a quote prior to submitting your job.
Please note there can be a trimming variance of plus or minus one millimetre due to automated cutting systems (no guillotine), allow for this when setting up artwork. Allow between 2 – 3mm bleed all round and keep important information 2 – 3mm in from trim lines.
The quantity tolerance is within +/- 5% (underrun or overrun) unless otherwise stated.

DISPATCH
S-print will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed either from within our production facility or by any third party provider, S-print will not be held liable for any loss of earnings or any legal action taken as a result of a delay in production or delivery.
If the goods are delivered in a damaged condition or in damaged boxes, it is your responsibility to note this on the delivery docket with the courier immediately upon delivery, any goods signed for will not be reprinted unless this has been done.
Where applicable, all deliveries under 3kg are sent via airfreight, over 3kg is sent by road unless otherwise stated on order (which may affect the price).
Outdoor Stickers (UV on vinyl), particularly non-standard sizes and Dye Sublimation jobs can take up-to 20 working days to manufacture.

ACCOUNTS
A credit application and/or payment in full are requested for new clients prior to production.
Individually quoted special offers will remain firm for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
